CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important to me, and time is reserved especially for you. I understand that schedule changes may be necessary, so I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 20% fee of the reserved service amount.
In the case of a no-show, 50% of the reserved service amount will be charged. Thank you for your understanding and respect for my time and other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
